Elizabeth Reaser (born Elizabeth Reaser) is an American actress, who has been seen on television film and stage productions. Elizabeth was born and raised in Michigan, US. She had a keen interest in acting when she was a kid. In the years following the completion of her high school education, she enrolled in Juilliard School's drama department and earned a bachelor of Fine Arts. Following a highly successful guest appearance as a guest on The Sopranos series, she became a TV star as a full-fledged actress. She then appeared in several other series that also enjoyed a lot of attention such as The Jury and Hack. Her career took off with a major breakthrough after she was offered the part of Alice Alden in the series Saved in the year 2006. Then she appeared in Greys Anatomy, The Good Wife as well as True Detective. She also appeared in films like Liberal Arts, One and Two, and the entirety of five episodes of The Twilight Saga.

Jessica's interest for TV and film began at a young, at an impressionable age. She began her career with a modeling career. After an Australian casting director contacted models to audition, she was found out as an actress. She landed the role of "Kiki" in the movie Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. The producers wanted a clip of Jessica performing and MMA. The producers wondered if she would be able to perform swordfighting one day later, and she sent a video of her sword-fighting. Jessica went through the script and knew the character would require weapons training. Her first video was recorded lesson with a professional following studying the script. Jonathan Glassner says that her stunt team was pleasantly surprised by how well she did in her first class. The Outpost is her first significant role in the US as her previous films were filmed in Australia. Jessica's enthusiasm for action is showcased in the role as she demonstrates mixed martial arts, horseback riding expertise, in addition to her athletic abilities and weapons. She can also perform the stunts that make her a strong female persona. In Australia she learned to muay Thai along with boxing. Jake Stormoen, who was filming Season 4 of the show, met a stray puppy which was spotted on the set. The dog had been occupying the entire set. Jessica was the foster mom to at least two of the pups.
